Oke-Ero Local Government Area is situated in Kwara state, North Central geopolitical zone of Nigeria, and has its headquarters in the town of Iloffa. Oke-Ero covers an area of 438 square kilometers and a population of 57,619 according to the 2006 census.
Towns and villages of Oke-Ero LGA include Imode, Egosi, Kajola, Ekan Nla, Ilale, Erin Mope, Ayedun, and Odo Owa. The Yoruba language is commonly spoken in Oke-Ero Local Government Area while the religions of Christianity and Islam are practiced in the area.
Its major festival includes Egungun, Oloku, and Eji Festival. Tourists can explore the Imole Boja Rock Shelter, Ojokolo Mountain, and Ero-Omola Natural Falls.

Oke-Ero LGA has a rich agricultural heritage with crops such as cocoa, sugarcane, banana, cotton, and oil palm grown in large quantities within the area. Trade also flourishes in the LGA with the area hosting several markets which provide platforms for the exchange of a wide variety of goods and services. Other important economic activities in Oke-Ero Local Government include bead making, pottery, and wood carving.
